摘  要：
森林作为地球上可再生自然资源和陆地生态的主体,在人类生存中起着不可替代的作用。天然林更是生态功能强大、生物多样性丰富,是宝贵的国家战略性资源。持续实施天保工程,是实施区域发展战略、确保林区社会稳定的重要保障,也是我国生态建设的重要战略任务。文章通过对2015年和2006年两期森林资源二类调查数据进行动态变化分析,研究森林资源数量、质量及结构动态变化过程,分析五岔沟林业局近10a来实施天然林保护工程效果。

摘  要：
As the main body of renewable natural resources and terrestrial ecology, forest plays an irreplaceable role in human life. Natural forest is more powerful and rich in biodiversity, and it is a valuable national strategic resource. The continuous implementation of the natural forest protection project is an implementation of regional development strategy, an essential guarantee of social stability in forest areas, and a critical strategic task of ecological construction in China.Analyzing the second class investigation data of dynamic changes of forest resources in 2015 and2006, the quantity and quality of forest resources and the dynamic change process of structures were studied in order to analyze the effects of the natural forest protection project implemented by Wuchagou Forestry Bureau during the past decade.
