摘 要:
文章以木薯酒精废水为原料,使发酵系统中的pH值维持在5.5左右,在35℃±1℃的中温条件下进行批量式发酵实验,研究了30%,40%,50%的接种量对木薯酒精废水厌氧发酵产氢的影响。结果表明,氢气发酵试验的运行时间为106 h,实验数据经过修改Modified Gompertz模型处理,获得的厌氧消化动力学参数(最大累积产气量、最大产气速率和滞留时间),并计算出TS,VS评价指标。计算得出30%接种量实验组产氢最佳,累计产氢量为522 mL,最大产氢速率为14.44 mL·h~(-1),TS产氢率为139.20 mL·g~(-1),VS产氢率为242.80 mL·g~(-1),其产氢发酵类型为丁酸型发酵,在对物料的降解程度方面表现出更好的优越性。

摘 要:
In this paper, batch fermentation experiments were carried out with cassava alcohol wastewater as raw material, pH value maintained at about 5.5, and the temperature at 35℃±1℃, the effects of 30%, 40% and 50% inoculation rate on anaerobic hydrogen production of cassava alcohol wastewater were investigated. The hydrogen fermentation was operated for 106 hours. The kinetic parameters(maximum cumulative gas production, maximum gas production rate and retention time) were obtained through modified Gompertz model, and the evaluation indexes of TS and VS were calculated. The results showed that the 30% inoculation group had the best hydrogen production with cumulative hydrogen production of 522 mL, the maximum hydrogen production rate was 14.44 mL·h~(-1). The hydrogen production rate of TS was 139.20 mL·g~(-1), and that of VS was 242.80 mL·g~(-1). The hydrogen production fermentation type was butyric acid fermentation, which showed better superiority in material degradation degree.
