农超对接视角的社区农产品超市比较优势研究

摘  要:
随着经济日益发展和居民收入水平不断提高,消费者对农产品的消费需求和购买方式也在发生着变化。国内外学者对农产品销售超市化经营的趋势基本达成一致,但是我国目前实行的"农超对接"形式并未真正解决"市民买菜贵、农民卖菜难"的问题。通过对目前主要的农产品销售渠道进行对比,可以看出社区农产品超市是实现"农超对接"的有效组织形式,文章最后对如何构建社区农产品超市提出了建议。

摘  要:
With the economic development and improvement of urban residents' income level,the consumer consumption demand of agricultural products and buying patterns have changed. Scholars of home and abroad have got the agreement trend of agricultural products selling by supermarkets,but china's current practice of "Direct Link between Farmers and Supermarkets"has not really solve the problem of co-existence of "buying costly and selling difficulty". By comparing the main agricultural products sales channels,the results showed that the professional agricultural products supermarket was an effective organization form of"Direct Link between Farmers and Supermarkets",and some suggestions of how to build a professional supermarket of agricultural products were provided.
