35%噻虫·福·萎锈悬浮种衣剂的高效液相色谱分析

摘  要:
建立一种高效液相色谱法,对35%噻虫·福·萎锈悬浮种衣剂中有效成分进行分离和定量分析。使用ZORBAX SB-C_(18)色谱柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以甲醇+0.3%冰乙酸水溶液(体积比60∶40)为流动相,在254 nm波长下采用外标法定量。结果表明,该方法中福美双、萎锈灵和噻虫嗪的线性相关系数分别为0.999 6、0.999 3和0.999 4,标准偏差分别为0.040、0.026和0.055,变异系数分别为0.39%、0.25%和0.36%,平均回收率分别为99.87%、99.85%和99.65%。

摘  要:
A HPLC method for the determination of active ingredients in thiamethoxam + thiram + carboxin 35% FS was established. The simultaneous determination of thiram, carboxin and thiamethoxam in the samples was conducted with ZORBAX SB-C_(18) column and UV-absorbance detector, while the mobile phase was a mixture of methanol and water(contained 0.3% acetic acid), and the detection wave length was 254 nm. The linear correlation coefficients of thiram,carboxin and thiamethoxam were 0.999 6, 0.999 3 and 0.999 4, the standard deviations were 0.040, 0.026 and 0.055, the variation coefficients were 0.39%, 0.25% and 0.36%, and the average recoveries were 99.87%, 99.85% and 99.65%,respectively.
