3ZSP-2型甘蔗中耕施肥培土机机架的有限元分析

摘  要:
为了检验3ZSP-2型甘蔗中耕施肥培土机机架设计的合理性,采用UG NX虚拟仿真软件建立了机架的三维模型,应用NX Nastran解算器对机架进行了有限元分析,通过静力学特性的有限元分析得到了机架的应力和应变位移分布规律,振动模态特性分析得到了机架前10阶的固有频率、振型特征、极值节点位置、节点位移最大幅值等振动特性参数,并将分析结果与实际工况进行了对比。研究结果表示:3ZSP-2型甘蔗中耕施肥培土机机架设计的强度和刚度都满足要求,机架的固有频率与外部激励频率不重叠,不会产生共振现象,机架设计合理。本研究对3ZSP-2型甘蔗中耕施肥培土机使用寿命的延长和作业效果的提高具有重要意义。

摘  要:
In order to test the rationality of the design of 3ZSP-2 type sugarcane intertillage fertilizer applicator,the UG NX virtual simulation software was used to establish the three-dimensional model of the rack.The NX nastran solver was used to analyze the frame.The finite element analysis of the static characteristics gives the distribution of the stress and strain displacement of the frame.The vibration mode characteristics are analyzed,and the natural frequency,the mode characteristic,the maximum node position,the maximum displacement of the node vibration characteristics of the parameters,and the results of the analysis and the actual conditions were compared.The results show that the strength and rigidity of 3ZSP-2 type sugarcane intertillage fertilizer applicator frame design meet the requirements.The natural frequency of the frame does not overlap with the external excitation frequency,and does not produce resonance.The rack design is reasonable.This study is of great significance to extend the service life and operating effect of 3ZSP-2 type sugarcane intertillage fertilizer applicator.
