摘 要:
建立鸭蛋中有机硒和无机硒的测定方法,采用pH8.6的三羟甲基氨基甲烷-盐酸(Tris-HCl)缓冲溶液提取,硫酸铵沉淀后获得无机硒溶液,采用原子荧光法测定其中的总硒和无机硒,采用差减法计算有机硒的含量。结果表明,在优化的条件下,方法无机硒检出限0.003mg/kg,线性范围2.0~50μg/L,相对标准偏差3.21%,方法的加标回收率为82.8%~91.0%。该方法简便、灵敏,可为鸭蛋中有机硒和无机硒的测定提供了一种完善检测方法。

摘 要:
A method for the determination of organic and inorganic selenium in duck eggs by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS) was developed.A sample was extracted with the buffer solution of Tris(hydroxymethyl) aminomethane-hydrochloric acid(Tris-HCl) in pH 8.6,deposited with Ammonium sulphate.The total selenium and inorganic selenium content were determined with HG-AFS.The difference in the contents of total selenium and the inorganic selenium represents the content of organic selenium.The detection limit for selenium was 0.003 mg/kg under the optimum condition.The linear range was within 2.0–50 μg/L.The relative standard derivation was less than 3.21%.The recovery was 82.8%–91.0%.The inorganic selenium and organic selenium content were detected respectively from the selenium enriched duck eggs by this method.This method met the determination of organic selenium in duck eggs.
