红梨资源及其果实着色机制研究进展

摘  要:
近几年,随着杂交选育的优良红色砂梨品种在我国的推广栽培,红梨资源及其果实着色机制的研究受到国内学者越来越多的关注。红梨资源分布广泛,具有复杂的遗传背景和丰富的遗传多样性,涵盖了包括西洋梨、砂梨、白梨、秋子梨和新疆梨在内的世界梨主栽系统,商业价值也很高。红梨着色主要缘于果皮中花色苷的积累,花色苷经由类黄酮代谢途径合成,参与其中的PAL、CHS、CHI、F3H、DFR、ANS和UFGT等主要结构基因已被克隆,一个重要的调节基因PyMYB 10也已被分离和鉴定。红梨着色规律在各种类间差异较大,果皮中的花色苷一般分布在果皮表层下的皮下细胞内。光照和温度是影响红梨花色苷代谢的重要环境因子,基于光温调控机制开发的套袋、采后人工光源诱导和蒸发冷却等人为调控措施正在或有望在红梨生产中得到应用。通过对上述研究进展的综述,期望为今后我国红梨领域的研究提供帮助。

摘  要:
Recently,with extensive cultivation of red Chinese sand pear(Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai) cultivars newly released by hybrid breeding in China,more and more attention has been paid to the germplasm resources and coloring mechanism of red pears(Pyrus L.) by domestic scholars.Red pear germplasm resources with complicated genetic background,abundant genetic diversity and high commercial value nearly cover all cultivated species or types including: P.communis L.,P.pyrifolia Nakai,P.pyrifolia White Pear Group,P.ussuriensis Maxim and P.sinkiangensis Yu.Red coloration on pear skin is known to mainly depend on the accumulation of anthocyanin.Anthocyanins are synthesized via the flavonoid pathway,and the structural genes,e.g.PAL,CHS,CHI,F3H,DFR,ANS and UFGT and a regulatory gene PyMYB 10 related to anthocyanin biosynthesis have been isolated and identified in pears.Coloring patterns in different species are different,and anthocyanin in peel of pear fruit generally distribute in hypodermic cells below the epidermis.Light and temperature are most important external factors in anthocyanin biosynthesis of pear fruit,and some artificial regulatory methods based on the regulatory mechanism of light and on anthocyanin synthesis e.g.bagging,postharvest irradiation and evaporative cooling is being/will be applied in red pear production.Here,we gave a brief review about recent research progresses mentioned above,and hope that this paper will be of help for the future research in the field of red pears.
