中药复方促孕散、理囊散中微量元素含量研究

摘  要：
利用湿法消化法处理样品,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定中药促孕散、理囊散中4种微量元素的含量。实验结果表明,促孕散和理囊散中均含有一定量的Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn,且含量为:Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu;回收率:促孕散91.363%~119.788%,理囊散72.852%~105.027%;RSD值在0.129 7-1.079 1之间。提示促孕散、理囊散中富含Fe、Mn、Zn,而Cu含量相对较低,且两种中药复方中微量元素含量及含量比例各不相同,这可能与促孕散、理囊散药效作用及机理关系密切。

摘  要：
Wet method was used to deal with fertility-promoting powder and cyst-regulating powder,and atomic absorption spectrometry method was established for the content determination of four kindsof trace elements in them.The results showed that Cu,Fe,Mn and Zn were detected in the powder with a sequence of Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu.The recovery of standard addition was 91.363%~119.788% to fertility-promoting powder and 72.852%~105.027% to cyst-regulating powder,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 0.129 7-1.079 1.In the two preparations,the trace elements Fe,Mn and Zn were rich,but Cu was relatively poor,moreover their contents and proportion were also varied.This might be related to the pharmacodynamics and mechanism of fertility-promoting powder and cyst-regulating powder.
