PEG模拟干旱胁迫对4种籽用西瓜种子萌发的影响

摘  要:
为筛选出适合在吉林省西部地区种植的籽用西瓜品种,以‘林籽一号’(H17)‘、红秀3号’(R06)‘、科奥红大片’(R12)和‘黑丰一号’(H28)4种籽用西瓜品种为试验材料,采用PEG-6000溶液(0,-0.10,-0.20,-0.40,-0.80 MPa)模拟干旱胁迫的方法,比较4个品种的种子萌发和幼苗生长情况,并利用隶属函数法对耐旱性进行综合评价。结果表明,随着PEG浓度的不断加重,各品种种子的发芽数均出现下降。当渗透势达到-0.80 MPa最大胁迫浓度时,所有品种均不具备单日发芽数5粒以上的水平。根据隶属函数法,4种籽用西瓜种子萌发强弱顺序为‘林籽一号’>‘黑丰一号’>‘科奥红大片’>‘红秀3号’。

摘  要:
In order to screen out the seeded watermelon varieties suitable for planting in Western Jilin, the seed-using watermelon varieties,‘Linzi No. 1'(H17),‘Hongxiu No. 3'(R06),‘Keaohongdapian'(R12)and‘Heifeng No. 1'(H28)were used as experimental materials in this study. PEG-6000 solution(0,-0.10,-0.20,-0.40,-0.80 MPa)were used to simulate drought stress to compare the seed germination and growth of the four varieties. The drought tolerance was evaluated comprehensively by membership function method. The results showed that with the increasing concentration of PEG, the number of seed germination decreased. When osmotic potential reached the maximum stress concentration of-0.80 MPa, all the numbers of the germinated seeds of the cultivars were not over 5. According to the membership function method, the order of seed germination strength of the four kinds of watermelon seeds for seed use was‘Linzi No. 1'>‘Heifeng No. 1'>‘Keaohongdapian'>‘Hongxiu No. 3'.
