摘要：

深入分析了我国南方地区黄牛资源的重要性,尤其是遗传资源的分布、良种特性、血统的独立性等特点;在当前形势下所面临的主要问题,包括对黄牛资源的保护问题认识不统一,保护和开发利用的关系不明确,特色效益难以发挥等。并针对性地提出了开发利用我国南方黄牛资源的可行性建议。

摘要：

The importance of cattle resources in South China were deeply analyzed,especially the distribution,breeds character and the independence of origin,the facing problems at current situation,including the understanding of non-uniform of the protective problems of yellow cattle resource,uncertainty relationship between protection and utilization,the featured benefits were different to play.The constructive proposals on the effective utilization of Chinese cattle in South China were provided contrapuntally.
