摘  要：
为探究黔金荞麦1号为主的中草药饲料添加剂对仔猪肠道微生物及免疫功能的影响,将20头生长健康、发育正常、体重相近的60 d仔猪随机分为4组,即试验1组、试验2组、试验3组、对照组,分别在全价日粮基础上添加1%、1.5%、2%复合中草药制剂和不添加复合中草药制剂。采集仔猪直肠粪便和血清,分别进行细菌计数,血清免疫因子干扰素γ(INFγ)、白介素-2(IL-2)的检测。结果:饲料中添加黔金荞麦1号为主的复合中草药,仔猪直肠粪便中大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的数量显著降低(P<0.05);血清中INFγ、IL-2的含量影响差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明:饲料中添加黔金荞麦1号为主的复合中草药能降低仔猪直肠粪便中有害菌的含量,改善仔猪肠道健康;对仔猪血清免疫因子无显著影响。

摘  要：
The present research was carried out to evaluate the effect of Chinese herbal medicinal feed additive on intestinal harmful bacteria and immune factor in piglets. A total of 20 healthy growth,normal development,and body weight close sixty- day old piglets were assigned to 4 dietary treatments including no additives group( control group),adding 1% Chinese herbal medicinal feed additive group( group one),adding 1. 5% Chinese herbal medicinal feed additive group( group two),and adding 2% Chinese herbal medicinal feed additive group( group three). Collecting rectal feces and serum in order to bacteria counting and the detection of Interferon gamma( INFγ) and interleukin- 2( IL- 2). Result: Compared with the control group,Feeding Chinese herbal medicinal feed additive groups decreased( P < 0. 05) the number of e. coli and salmonella in rectal feces of piglets. The concentrations of INFγ and IL- 2 in serum had no effect( P >0.05). It was concluded that the Chinese herbal medicinal feed additive main containing Qian Fagopyrum Dibotrys No. 1 can improve intestinal health through decreasing the number of harmful bacteria,but had no significant effect on immune factors in serum.
