摘  要：
环模制粒机新压模的正确使用,可以通过新压模安装后的调整,正确控制压辊与压模间隙以及制粒机安装后的调整来进行。新压模使用调试应按步骤进行,制粒物料温度可达到65～85℃,水分可控制在15%～17%。为此,介绍了新压模的调整步骤及模孔堵塞的原因和主要解决方法。

摘  要：
The correct operation of the new fashioned compression molding in universal technical specifications for pellet mill is adjust after the installation of it;control the gap between the squeezing rollers and compression molding correctly and adjust the pellet mill after its installation.Debug the compression molding should according to the approach,the pellet mill material's temperature can be reached to 65℃-85℃,moisture can be controlled at 15%-17%.
