基于竹集成材家具材料表面特征的感性评价研究

摘  要：
竹材是一种生态价值高且蕴含文化底蕴与意向的环保型材料,通过研究消费者对于材料的情感偏好可以让竹这种材料更好的被利用在家具研发上。用感性工学的研究方法即语意差异法对竹集成材的4种表现形式进行感性语意评估,利用双因素交互方差法分析,从竹集成材材料的实用性、美观性、环保性、经济性、文化性分析了竹集成材在纹理、颜色因素作用下用户的审美偏好。结果显示颜色对于用户选择评价材料的影响较大,并且在实用性和文化性上,消费者更偏向于选择本色的竹集成材家具,而美观性上更偏向于选择经炭化得到竹集成材家具。最后结论为竹集成材家具材料设计生产提出意见建议,即在关注本色竹集成材的情况下提高竹集成材的审美价值以及经济价值,亦或是关注炭化竹集成材情况下提高它的文化价值,从而更好的打开竹集成材家具市场。但文章方法也存在一定误差和局限,结合相应的生理测量方法如脑电、眼动实验能更加精准地研究消费者对于竹集成材的情感评价。

摘  要：
Bamboo is a kind of eco-friendly material with high ecological value and cultural significance. This paper aims to study consumers' emotional preference for materials so that the bamboo can be better used in furniture development. The basic theory of kansei engineering,i.e. the semantic difference method,was used to evaluate four kinds of expression forms of the laminated bamboo. and the two-factor interaction variance method was applied to analyze users' aesthetic preference for the laminated bamboo in terms of texture and color from the aspects of practicability,aesthetics,environmental protection,economy and culture. The results showed that the color greatly influenced on users' selection of materials. From perspectives of practicability and culture,the consumers were more in favor of the true color laminated bamboo,while,in view of aesthetics,the consumers were more in favor of the carbonized laminated bamboo. Finally some suggestions were proposed for the material design of laminated bamboo furniture. In order to open the laminated bamboo furniture market further,the aesthetic and economic values should be improved while paying attention to the true color laminatedbamboo,and the cultural value should be improved while paying attention to the carbonized laminated bamboo. Besides,the emotion evaluation of the laminated bamboo can be studied more precisely in combination with corresponding physiological measurement methods such as EEG and eye-tracking technology.
