基于Android平台的轻量级招聘系统的设计

摘要：

使用JSP开发工具与MySQL数据库,设计并实现出一个基于Android平台的轻量级招聘系统,为求职者通过智能手机进行网上求职提供便利。系统采用J2EE架构,服务器端采取SSH(Spring-Struts-Hibernate)3层组合设计框架,运用负载均衡技术可较好地实现数据交互及网络信息管理。客户端以Android手机可视化界面的形式,能够为求职者提供个人信息管理与网上应聘,为企业或商家提供岗位信息发布及网上招聘等主要功能。最后,提出了把该招聘系统作为一个子系统的形式有效集成到本地高校的实习就业微信公众号平台中,以及在已有系统中添加为高校毕业生求职方面感兴趣的"内容推送"功能模块的设计将是未来的工作。

摘要：

With JSP development tool and MySQL database, a lightweight recruitment system based on Android platform is designed and implemented to facilitate job seekers' online job search through smartphones. The J2 EE architecture is adopted for the system, and the SSH(Spring-Struts-Hibernate) three-layer combination design framework is adopted for the server, and then the load balancing technology is used for better data interaction and network information management. The client end, in the form of a visual interface of Android mobile phones, can provide job seekers with personal information management and online job application services, and can provide companies or businesses with major functions such as job posting and online recruitment. Finally, this paper proposes that the effective integration of this recruitment system as a subsystem into the internship and employment module of the WeChat public platform of local universities, and the adding of a function module of "content push" job-seeking college graduates would like to the existing system will be the future research work for this system.
