五节芒与荻人工杂交种的创建与鉴定研究

摘  要：
采用SSR标记与形态学标记分析相结合的方法对五节芒(Miscanthus floridulus)与荻(M.sacchariflo-rus)种间人工杂交获得的杂种的真实性进行鉴定研究。结果表明:有两对SSR引物(HAU-170、A3)在32个M.floridulus×M.sacchariflorus杂交后代中鉴定出32个杂交种,真杂种率为100%;在103个M.sacchariflorus×M.floridulus杂交后代中鉴定出77个杂交种,真杂种率为77.46%。而采用形态学标记从M.floridulus×M.sacchariflorus杂交后代中鉴定出32个真杂种,比例为100%;从103个M.sacchariflorus×M.floridulus杂交后代中鉴定出80个真杂种,比例为77.67%。SSR分子标记鉴定与形态学鉴定结果的符合度为97.3%。

摘  要：
SSR markers and morphological markers were used to identify the authenticity of the hybrids between Miscanthus floridulus and M.sacchariflorus.The results showed that 32 hybrids of M.floridulus×M.sacchariflorus were identified as true hybrids based on two SSR markers(HAU-170 and A3),true hybrid rate was 100%;and 77 of 103 hybrids of M.sacchariflorus×M.floridulus were identified as true hybrids,true hybrid rate was 77.46%.On the other hand,32 hybrids of M.floridulus×M.sacchariflorus were identified as true hybrids based on morphological markers,true hybrid rate was 100% and 80 of 103 hybrids of M.sacchariflorus×M.floridulus were identified as true hybrids;true hybrid rate was 77.67%.Consistency between the results obtained by SSR markers and morphological markers reached 97.3%.
