MoO_3/ZrO_2催化合成乙酸异龙脑酯

摘  要:
采用自制固体超强酸MoO3/ZrO2为催化剂,通过改变投料比、催化剂焙烧温度和用量,以及反应温度和反应时间等条件,研究了莰烯与乙酸加成制备乙酸异龙脑酯的适宜工艺条件。结果表明:酯化反应适宜的工艺条件为:莰烯与乙酸摩尔比1∶1.5,反应温度80℃,反应时间8 h,催化剂焙烧温度为700℃,催化剂质量分数为4%。在上述条件下,乙酸异龙脑酯得率为74.7%。

摘  要:
Esterification of camphene with acetic acid catalyzed by home-made MoO_3/ZrO_2 solid superacid was studied.Main factors affecting the reaction were investigated.The effect of temperature,calcinations temperature of catalyst,amount of catalyst,reaction time and the amount of acetic acid on the products was examined.The suitable experiment conditions for the esterification reaction were as follows: acetic acid dosage was 150%(mol percent of camphene),catalyst dosage was 4%(weight percent of camphene),the calcination temperature of catalyst was 700 ℃,the reaction temperature was 80℃,the reaction time was 8 hours.The yield of the main product isobornyl acetate reached 74.7%.
