棉铃虫核型多角体病毒的基因组物理图谱

摘  要:
应用杂交法和混合酶解法组建棉铃虫(Heliothis armigera)核型多角体病毒(HaNPV)的基因组物理图谱。确定了XhoI酶解位点的全部顺序,部分确定了PstⅠ和BamHⅠ酶解片段的顺序和它们对XhoI位点的相对位置。

摘  要:
A physical map of the 76×106 dalton circular DNA genome of Heliothis arimgcra NPV Las been constructed with the methods of hybridization and multiple restriction endonucleases digestion. The complete ordcr of Xhol restriction enzyme sites has been dctermined. The Pstl, BamHI fragments have been partiallv orderecl, and their general locations related to Xhol map have been determinetl.
