摘要：

建设扬子江城市群,既是基于流域经济发展规律的必然选择,又是基于江苏省情的区域协调发展路径,更是江苏在长江经济带战略中发挥先行先导作用的重要依托。从自然、经济、人文等区位要素出发,也即从经济体量、国家战略、流域经济、区域梯度、区域关系、地域文化等六个角度,可以阐述扬子江城市群的区位特征,并为其准确定位、有效推进提供决策建议。

摘要：

The construction of the Yangtze River urban agglomeration is not only an inevitable choice based on the law of valley economic development,but also the path of regional coordinated development in line with Jiangsu's conditions. It is also an important support for Jiangsu to play a lea-ding role in the strategy of the Changjiang Economic Belt. The present paper will have a location analysis of the the Yangtze River urban agglomeration from such location factors as nature,economy,culture and liberal arts and from such angles as economic volume,national strategy,valley economy,regional gradient,regional relations,and regional culture to understand the comprehensive characteristics of the agglomeration so that decision-makers can accurately position and effectively implement the Yangtze River urban agglomeration.
