FRW阻燃刨花板制板工艺

摘 要:
采用常规的刨花板生产工艺研制FRW阻燃刨花板,并通过正交试验,对其各项性能进行了测试和分析,以确定最佳制板工艺条件。同时,讨论和分析了FRW阻燃剂对FRW阻燃刨花板物理力学性能和阻燃性能的影响。以FRW为阻燃剂生产FRW阻燃刨花板的最佳制板工艺条件为:施胶量15%、阻燃剂施加量8%、热压温度175℃、热压时间5.0 min。FRW阻燃刨花板的物理力学性能可达到国家标准GB/T4897.3—2003一级品标准,阻燃性能可达JISD 1322—77阻燃一级标准。

摘 要:
FRW fire-retardant particleboard was made by the usual manufacture technique of particleboard.The physical and mechanical properties of FRW fire-retardant particleboard with FRW fire retardant were studied.The effects of FRW fire retardant on physico-mechanical properties and fire resistance of FRW fire-retardant particleboard were also discussed.Based on the analysis,the optimum pressing variables of FRW fire-retardant particleboard were obtained as resin content 15%,FRW fire retardant content 8%,pressing temperature 175 degrees C,pressing time 5.0 minutes.The physical and mechanical properties of FRW fire-retardant particleboard reached the first class of Chinese national standard,and its fire-retarding property also reached the first class of Japanese industrial standard.
