我国花粉多糖测定及其意义

摘  要:
对我国常见 11种蜂花粉 ,用硫酸—酚法进行多糖含量的测定 ,结果表明以玉米、向日葵、荷花花粉多糖含量较高 ,而油菜、玫瑰、党参花粉含量较低 ,并对花粉多糖的重要性进行了讨论

摘  要:
Assaied the polysaccharides of 11kinds bee pollen in China with the help of vitrial—hydroxybenzene method,the results showed that the contents of polysaccharides in Zen mays,Helianthus anmus and Nelumbo nucifera are relatively high,and in Brassica campetris,Rosa rugosa and Codonopis pilosula are relatively low.The significance of polysaccharides from pollen is also discussed.
