狭义酿酒酵母属ITS序列分析

摘 要:
狭义酿酒酵母属中的酵母菌对葡萄酒产品特色的形成尤为重要。于丽江地区分离得到的新菌株,被命名为SA37,ITS序列分析表明其属于狭义酿酒酵母属。同时,在GenBank中下载该属6个种的22个不同菌株相似度较高的同源序列,重点分析ITS序列长度、G+C含量。运用邻接距离矩阵法,建立系统发育树,并讨论各种之间的系统进化关系。结果表明,贝酵母(S.bayanus)、葡萄汁酵母(S.uvarum)可认为是同一个种;新发现菌株SA37与贝酵母(S.bayanus)、贝优酵母(S.eubayanus)和葡萄汁酵母(S.uvarum)都有较近的亲缘关系。丽江地区该种酵母类型鲜有报道,新菌株的发现,为研究酵母的系统发育、菌株间的地域差异以及酿酒工艺的优化奠定了基础。

摘 要:
The yeast of Saccharomyces played an important role in forming the characteristic of wine.The new strain was isolated in Lijiang which was named SA37.ITS sequence analysis shows that it belongs to Saccharomyces.The homologous sequence of 22 different strains in 6species which had higher similarity were downloaded from GenBank.The length of ITS sequence and G+C content were mainly analyzed.Neighbor joining method was employed to construct phylogenetic tree,and genetic relationships among them were discussed.Results indicated that S.bayanus and S.uvarumcould be considered to be the same specie and the new strain SA37 had close genetic relationship with S.bayanus,S.eubayanus and S.uvarum.The yeast type in Lijiang was rarely reported.When the new strain was discovered,it has laid the foundation for the research of yeast system develop,regional differences between strains and optimization in brewing process.
