棕地再开发的调查与分析

摘  要：
通过对全国不同地区棕地的实地调查和案例分析,探讨了民众对于棕地再开发的意愿,比较了社会各方对棕地再开发的责任和权利,研究了棕地治理对策,提出了棕地再开发建议。结果表明:普通民众对棕地认识还不够;受环境条件、社会经济发展等的影响,不同地区棕地特征差异明显;地方政府应为棕地再开发的主导方。

摘  要：
Through fi eld survey and case analysis of brownfi eld land in different regions of the whole country, the wishes of the people for brownfi eld redevelopment were discussed; the responsibilities and rights of different sectors of community to the brownfi eld redevelopment were compared; the control measures for brownfi eld land were studied; the suggestions for redevelopment of brownfi eld land were put forward. The results showed that common people's understanding of brownfi eld land was far enough; the characteristics of brownfi eld land in different regions varied tremendously, and they are closely related to the local environmental conditions, and social and economic development; the local government should be the leading party of the brownfi eld redevelopment
