中草药饲料添加剂对生长猪免疫功能的影响

摘  要：
本试验旨在研究中草药饲料添加剂对生长猪免疫功能的影响。将16头60日龄的健康小梅山猪随机分为对照组和试验组,每组8头。对照组饲喂正常基础日粮,试验组饲喂含有中草药饲料添加剂的基础日粮。分别于试验开始后14、35、56和78天采集血样,检测血清中白蛋白、总蛋白、免疫球蛋白IgM、IgG、补体C3浓度和猪瘟抗体水平。称量并测定免疫器官指数,并进行组织病理学检查。试验结果显示,饲料中添加中草药饲料添加剂可显著提高第35天血清总蛋白浓度(P<0.05)和第78天血清白蛋白浓度(P<0.05)。在试验后第35和56天时,试验组生长猪血清中免疫球蛋白IgG含量显著升高(P<0.05),但对血清中IgM含量无显著影响。第35天时血清中补体C3的含量显著提高(P<0.05)。在第14、35和56天中草药饲料添加剂明显提高了生长猪瘟抗体水平(P<0.05)。试验组生长猪猪脾脏指数与对照组相比增加了33.3%(P<0.05)。剖解和病理组织学检查无明显不良影响。试验结果表明,该中草药饲料添加剂的应用可以提高生长猪的免疫功能。

摘  要：
To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine additive on immunity function in pigs,16 Xiao mei shan pigs at 60 days were randomized into control and treatment groups and 8 pigs for each group.Traditional Chinese medicine additive and nothing were supplemented respectively to treatment and control groups.Serums were collected on 14d,35d,56d and 78d,respectively for albumin,total protein,IgM,IgG,complements C3 and Classical Swine Fever virus(CSFV) antibody levels.Immune organ index and histopathological changes were investigated.The results showed that serum total protein and albumin were increased significantly on 35d and 78d,respectively compared to control group.Serum IgG was increased significantly on 35d and 56d,but IgM had no significant difference between control and treatment groups.Complements C3 content was increased significantly at 35d.CSFV antibody levels were improved significantly in treatment group on 14d,35d and 56d.In treatment group,spleen index was elevated 33% significantly,but no toxicity was observed.These results indicated that traditional Chinese medicine additive improved effectively immunity function of pigs.
