从五位一体总体布局谈河北省湿地保护管理

摘  要：
生态建设是"五位一体"总体布局的基石,而湿地是生态建设的主要内容之一。河北省湿地类型丰富多样,地域性分布明显,但斑块面积小、分布零碎,不利于湿地规模生态效益的发挥。目前,由于过度利用、管理不规范、制度体系不完善等种种原因,河北省湿地面临着面积缩小、功能退化等威胁,建议从增强湿地保护意识,完善管理机制,建立监测体系,提高监测水平等方面做好对河北省湿地保护工作,实现河北经济的可持续发展。

摘  要：
The ecological construction is the foundation of the five-sphere integrated plan,and wetland is one of the main contents of ecological construction. Wetland types in Hebei are rich and varied,and the regional distribution is obvious,but the patch size is small and the distribution system is fragmentary,which is unfavorable for the ecological benefit of wetland scale. At present,due to over-use,haphazard management,imperfect system and other reasons,wetland in Hebei is facing many threats,such as the area is reducing,the function is retrogressing,and so on. Hebei should be done in terms of strengthening the awareness of wetland protection,improving the management mechanism,establishing the monitoring system and improving the monitoring level so as to realize the sustainable development of Hebei's economics.
