马尾松容器育苗质量控制技术研究

摘  要:
采取不同激素浸种、不同基质配方和容器、营养液配方、不同修根处理和接种印度块菌对马尾松Pinusmassoniana容器育苗的试验,结果表明,用GA50mg.L-1+CaC l220mg.L-1溶液浸种能提高发芽率20.1%;用1/2森林腐殖土+1/2的黄心土作基质最有利于马尾松苗木生长;马尾松容器育苗适宜的容器为250mL的硬质塑料管(杯)和6 cm×12 cm塑料袋。营养液配方以N∶P∶K=3∶2∶1的配比为佳;化学修根防止根系畸形效果最好,碳酸铜浓度以150g.L-1较为合适。接种菌根菌是马尾松容器育苗中提高苗木质量的关键技术措施之一。

摘  要:
The tests on container nursery of Pinus massoniana,including soaked the seed using different plant hormones liquid,different media and containers,different nutrient proportion,different trimming root measures and inoculated(Tuber) indicum Cooke were practiced.The results showed that the germination rate of seed increased by the seed using(GA50mg·L~(-1))+ CaCl_220 mg·L~(-1).The best medium for growth of Pinus massoniana container seedling was the combination of 1/2 forest humus soil and 1/2 core loos.The hard plastic tube or cup with 250mL volume,or plastic bag with 6cm×12cm size were suitable for container nursery of Pinus massoniana.The nutrient solution at the N∶P∶K= 3∶2∶1 ratio was the best for growth of container seedling.The method of trimming root by chemical medicine can prevent the seedling from producing irregular root,the suitable concentration of CuCO_3 was 150g·L~(-1).Inoculating fungus-root fungus for seedling was a key measure to improve the seedling quality of Pinus massoniana.
