增铵营养条件下棉花的形态反应及物质积累与分配

摘  要:
利用控制条件下的水培试验方法 ,系统评价不同的棉花品种对不同 NH4 +/ NO3-比例氮素营养 ( 0 / 1 0 0、50 / 50、1 0 0 / 0 )的形态及物质积累的反应。结果表明 ,增铵营养 ( Enhanced AmmoniumNutrition)对各品种棉花苗期生长均有促进效应。与单硝营养相比 ,增铵营养显著提高了棉株叶面积、主根根长、一级侧根条数、总干重和叶柄中的干物质分配 ,但对株高、出叶速度影响不大。分析表明 ,增铵营养促进棉花植株干物质的增加 ,可能与其显著增加植株叶面积 ,提高了光合同化能力有关

摘  要:
The effects of three NH 4 +/NO 3 -percentage nitroge n nutritions on different varieties of cottons growing in hydroponics conditions were assessed systematically. The results showed that Enhanced Ammonium Nutriti on (EAN) promoted growth of all the three cotton varieties. Compared with single nitrate nutrition, EAN significantly increased cotton's leaf area, taproot leng th, primary lateral root number, dry weights (DW) of whole plant and petiole re spectively. It might be correlated with the higher photosynthetic potential for increased leaf area with EAN treatment.
