生物炭对百合生长发育的影响

摘  要:
以百合‘粉冠军’为试材,采用盆栽试验,研究了基质中施加不同比例(0、5%、10%、15%、20%)生物炭对植株生长发育的影响。结果表明:随着生物炭施用量的增加,百合的株高、叶片数、开花率均呈先增加后下降的趋势,10%处理(C20)时达到最大值;花蕾数在15%处理(C30)与CK差异不显著,与20%处理(C40)处理差异显著;开花数在15%处理(C30)与20%处理(C40)差异显著。在百合的蕾期、花期及花朵凋谢期,根长、根表面积、根投影面积、根平均直径、总根尖数、根分枝数、根交叉数、根连接数及叶片表面积均呈现先增加后下降的趋势,10%处理(C20)时各项指标达到最大。蕾期的根表面积、根投影面积在10%处理(C20)与15%处理(C30)差异不显著;花期的根投影面积、叶表面积在10%处理(C20)与15%处理(C30)差异不显著;花朵凋谢期的根投影面积、根交叉数在10%处理(C20)与15%处理(C30)差异不显著,说明10%处理(C20)或者15%处理(C30)都有利于百合的生长发育,但10%处理(C20)测得的指标优于15%处理(C30)。试验中,20%处理(C40)的各项指标与CK差异不显著且显著低于5%处理(C10)、10%处理(C20)和15%处理(C30),说明高用量生物炭可能会对百合的生长发育产生抑制作用。

摘  要:
Taking the 'Pink champion' of lily as the test material,by using pot experiment to study the responses of growth characteristics and development of lily of buds,flowering period and flowers wither period to different biomass charcoal addition levels(0,5%,10%,15%,20%).The results showed that the plant height,leaf numbers,flowering rate presented first increased and then declined with the increasing biochar addition,the indicators were reached the highest in 10% processing(C20);bud numbers had not significant difference in 15%(C30) and CK processing,but had significant difference in 15%(C30)and 20%(C40)processing.The root length,root surface area,root projected area,average root diameter,total number of root tip,root number of cross,root number of connections and leaf surface area were presented first increased and then declined on bud stage,flowering stage and flowers wither period,the indicators were reached highest in the treatment of 10%(C20).The root surface area and root projected area had not significant difference in 10%(C20)and 15%(C30)processing on bud stage;the root projected area and leaf surface area had not significant difference in10%(C20)and 15%(C30)processing on flowering stage;the root projected area and root number of cross had not significant difference in 10%(C20)and 15%(C30)processing on flowers wither period,the data showed that the treatment of 10%(C20)and 15%(C30)were conductive to growth characteristics and development of lily,but the comparison that the treatment of 10%(C20)was better than that 15%(C30).In the experiment,the indicators had not significant difference in 20%(C40)and CK,meanwhile,the treatment of 20%(C40)was significantly lower than 5%(C10),10%(C20),15%(C30),it demonstrated that using too much biochar may exert an negative influences of growth characteristics and development of lily.
