养殖户生猪保险参保行为分析——基于428位养殖户问卷调查

摘  要：
生猪保险是保障生猪产业发展的一种有效风险管理工具,对维护畜产品市场供给稳定和确保养殖户增收有重要支撑作用。本文以江苏、河南两省生猪养殖户为调查对象,分别使用有序Logit模型和二元Logit模型分析影响养殖户生猪保险参保意愿和参保行为的主要因素。研究结果表明,养殖户对政策性生猪保险的参保意愿显著高于生猪目标价格保险的参保意愿;养殖收入占比、风险认知程度、养殖规模以及市场波动等因素显著影响养殖户的参保意愿;对生猪保险的了解程度、生猪保险的参保意愿、养殖规模以及风险偏好等因素对养殖户参保行为有显著影响。在此基础上,本文提出了推进生猪的适度规模化养殖、加强宣传培育养殖户风险意识以及稳步推进生猪目标价格保险等政策建议。

摘  要：
Swine insurance is an effective risk management tool to ensure the development of the swine industry,providing a strong support for the maintenance of the market supply of animal products and the farmers ' income. We analyze the main factors that affect the farmers 'willingness and behavior to participate in swine insurance in Jiangsu and Henan provinces. A logit model is regressed. The results show that,farmers' willingness to participate in policy swine insurance is significantly higher than that of the target price insurance; proportion of breeding income,the factors of risk perception,breeding scale and market risk significantly affect farmers' willingness to participate in insurance; the factors of understanding of insurance,breeding scale and risk preference have significant impacts on farmers' insurance participation. Based on these results,we put forward some policy suggestions,such as promoting the appropriate scale of swine breeding,enhancing farmers' risk awareness,and steadily promoting the swine target price insurance.
