摘  要:
试验旨在研究绒山羊非生绒期埋植和饲喂褪黑激素对产绒性能的影响,探讨以褪黑激素促进山羊绒生产的施用时间及方式问题。选用年龄在2~3岁,且体重和产绒量(上一年度)基本一致的内蒙古绒山羊母羊30只,随机分为3组,分别为对照组、4月和6月埋植组和4~8月饲喂组。试验从2013年抓绒的时候开始,2014年抓绒的时候结束。结果表明:埋植组产绒量最高、山羊绒最长,分别显著高于对照组20.3%和15.6%(P<0.05);而饲喂组与对照组间无差异(P>0.05)。在羊绒细度指标上,各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);埋植比饲喂褪黑激素对于诱导山羊绒生长更有效,整个试验期内没有发现二次生绒和提前脱绒现象。因此,4月和6月份埋植褪黑激素能够有效诱导山羊绒生长,使诱导长出的羊绒与自然生长的羊绒有效地衔接在一起,避免二次生绒,又无提前脱绒,显著提高山羊绒长度和产量,而对羊绒细度无影响,其将是生产上一种有效的促绒技术。

摘  要:
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of melatonin implantation or oral administration on cashmere production performance during the cashmere non-growing period in cashmere goats, and explore the appropriate time and method of melatonin treatment. Thirty 2 to 3 years old female Inner Mongolia cashmere goats with similar weight and cashmere yield in previous year were randomly assigned to three treatments(n =10) including a control, melatonin implantation group at April and June and oral administration group from April to August. The experiment lasted for 12 months from April 2013 following combing to April 2014 following combing. Implantation of melatonin at the end of April and June increased cashmere yield by 20.3%( P<0.05) and maximum length by 15. 6%(P <0.05) compared with the control, however, no difference was observed between oral administration group and control(P>0.05). Cashmere fibre diameter was not influenced by melatonin treatment( P>0.05). Moreover, it's more effective in inducing cashmere growth in melatonin implantation group than oral administration group. No earlier cashmere shedding and another cashmere growth cycle in all goats were observed throughout the experiment. These data indicate that melatonin implantation in April and June was effective in inducing cashmere growth, in which cashmere growth induced by melatonin implants inosculates with the natural cashmere growth phase without cashmere shedding in advance and another cashmere growth cycle, resulted in increasing cashmere yield and length without changing the cashmere fibre diameter, and it could be a most effective method in practice for improving cashmere production.
