摘  要:
对比中美两国农产品安全专业实验教学的差异,提出以"做学生想做的实验,培养有创新能力的应用型人才"为目标的农产品安全专业实验教学改革方案。以激发学生学习兴趣为出发点,打造线上线下联动教学方法,改革教学内容和考核内容,使学生成为具有技术技能、合作技能、分析解决问题技能和创新能力的国际型应用型人才,实现与用人单位的无缝对接,提高我国高等农业学生对口就业率。

摘  要:
The author compared the differences in the experimental teaching of farm products safety major between China and the United States,and proposed the reform plan. In order to cultivate innovative applied talents,doing experiments that students find fun. Take stimulating students' interest in learning as the starting point,along the combining interactive online teaching with classroom teaching,and reform teaching content and assessment content. Make students become international applied talents with technical skills,cooperative skills,analytical problem-solving skills and innovative abilities. Ultimately,realize the smooth employment of the graduates by enterprises and administrative departments,and improve the employment rate of agricultural talents in China.
