应用电导率法和Logistic方程测定杨桃枝条抗寒性的研究

摘  要:
利用半致死温度(LT50)探讨广西农科院园艺研究所选育出的大果甜杨桃1号、大果甜杨桃3号、大果甜杨桃4号与土种酸杨桃品种枝条的抗寒适应性和抗寒能力。以3、5、7年树龄杨桃枝条为试材,分别进行4、2、0、-2、-4、-6℃不同温度的低温胁迫处理,测定相对电导率,并拟合应用Logistic方程计算4种杨桃品种的低温半致死温度LT50(对照组不作低温处理),评价这4种杨桃的抗寒性。研究结果表明,4个杨桃品种的相对电导率随着处理温度的降低而增加;同一杨桃品种不同树龄之间,随树龄的增加,当年生发育枝的抗寒性增加;同一杨桃品种不同枝龄之间,随枝龄的增大,抗寒性增强。不同杨桃品种抗寒性存在差异性,抗寒性顺序依次为土种酸杨桃﹥大果甜杨桃4号﹥大果甜杨桃1号﹥大果甜杨桃3号。4个杨桃枝条的半致死温度(LT50)范围在0~-2℃。

摘  要:
Semilethal low temperature( LT50) was used to explore the cold adaptability and resistance of shoots of different carambola specieswhich including new selected varieties( strains) Carambola cultivar‘Daguotianyangtao‘1',‘Daguotianyangtao‘3',‘Daguotianyangtao‘4'and native Averrhoa carambola of horticultural research institute of Guangxi academy of agriculture science. The shoots in 3,5 and7 year-old of four carambola species were employed as materials,the cold hardiness of 4 carambola varieties( strains) was evaluated by determining their relative conductivities and calculating LT50 values using logistic equation( control group was not treated with low-temperature)after treatment with low temperature of 4,2,0,- 2,4 and- 6 ℃. The result showed that the relative conductivity of 4 carambola varieties increased along with the decrease of processing temperature. Resistance to cold increased with the adding of the tree age and shoot age. The cold resistance of 4 carambola varieties had significant difference. The 4 carambola varieties had the following order in cold resistance: Native carambola ﹥ Carambola‘Daguotianyangtao‘4 '﹥‘Daguotianyangtao‘1 '﹥ ‘Daguotianyangtao‘3 '. LT50 of Averrhoa carambola ranged from 0 ℃ to- 2 ℃.
