氯化琥珀胆碱在小鼠体内残留率与毒性试验

摘  要:
针对氯化琥珀胆碱在动物体内的残留率与毒性问题,以小鼠为试验对象,采用核磁共振波谱法进行残留率试验,改良寇氏法进行急性毒性试验,固定剂量连续染毒法进行蓄积毒性试验,并系统研究氯化琥珀胆碱对小鼠的影响。结果表明:氯化琥珀胆碱在小鼠体内的残留率为39.95%,小鼠经口灌胃的LD_(50)为78.66 mg·kg~(-1),蓄积系数(K)为0.67,小于1,说明氯化琥珀胆碱对小鼠有中等毒性,其蓄积毒性较强。

摘  要:
This study was to investigate the residual rate and toxicity of suxamethonium chloride in animal body.The mices were used to measure the residual rate of suxamethonium chloride by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,and explore the acute toxicity and the accumulative toxicity of suxamethonium chloride with modified Karber method and accumulation coefficient method,respectively.The residual rate of suxamethonium chloride was 39.95%,the LD50 was 78.66mg·kg~(-1) and the accumulative coefficient was 0.67.Therefore,suxamethonium chloride is a material with moderate toxicity and high accumulative toxicity to mices.
