摘  要:
利用Van Soest方法测定了甜菜叶柄中纤维素、半纤维素、木质素3种起支持作用的大分子多糖的百分含量,并初步分析了多糖含量与叶柄机械强度间的关系。测定结果表明,用Van Soest测定甜菜繁茂期功能叶片的叶柄中3种多糖含量方法可行;初步推断叶柄硬度与纤维素含量、叶柄韧性与木质素含量有一定关联。

摘  要:
The content of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin in sugarbeet petiole was measured by the Van Soest method. The relationship between macromolecule polysaccharide content and mechanical strength of petiole was preliminarily analyzed. According to the study, it is viable to detect the contents of these three kinds of macromolecule polysaccharide. The results suggested the hardness of petiole was related to the content of cellulose, and the tenacity of petiole was related to the content of lignin.
