NaHSO_3对桑树光合作用及蚕茧产量和质量的影响

摘  要：
探讨了在桑树上喷施NaHSO3 对桑树光合作用以及对家蚕产茧量和茧质的影响。试验结果表明 ,一定浓度的NaHSO3 具有提高桑叶绿素含量、降低叶绿素a/b值、增强光合速率、加速光合产物输出进程、提高比叶重、增加可溶性糖和粗蛋白等效果 ,用处理后的桑叶饲养家蚕 ,其产茧量和茧质明显提高。试验还表明NaHSO3 增强光合速率与减小硝酸还原酶、过氧化氢酶活性密切相关。

摘  要：
In this article,we have studied the effects of 200mg/kg NaHSO 3 spraying on mulberrys photosynthesis,yield and quality of silkworm cocoons produced by silkworms that were fed on treated mulberry.The results showed that NaHSO 3 can obviously increase chlorophyll content,reduce chlorophyll a/b value,raise photosynthetic rate,quicken process of photosynthetic products export,raise specific leaf weight,enhance content of soluble and crude protein,etc.Yield and quality of silkworm cocoons produced by silkworms that were fed on treated mulberry leaves are higher than those of CK.The report revealed that photosynthetic rate raised by NaHSO 3 is related to the decrease of activity of catalase and nitrate reductase.
