摘  要：
Problems in management are finded out through investigation and analysis in the aspects of water resources development,utilization,management,etc. in Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in the paper. Rational and feasible management measures are proposed for strictly implementing the most strict water resources management,and guarantee the sustainable utilization of water resources.
