油气管道凹陷的评价与管理

摘  要：
随着在线检测技术的不断发展,管道运营者需要处理大量管道内检测所报告的凹陷。这些凹陷是需要开挖维修、进一步评价还是监督查看、以及如何维修,都是管道业主所关心及需要解决的问题。详细分析了凹陷影响管道完整性的主要因素(凹陷应变、凹陷疲劳),对目前国际上通用的凹陷评价方法进行了归纳,从凹陷的现场开挖测量及维修等方面对凹陷的管理进行了总结,以期为管道运营者对凹陷的日常管理给予指导。

摘  要：
With the continuous development of on-line inspection technology of pipeline,pipeline operators are facing a large number of dents reported by on-line inspection.If the dents need repair,further assessment or supervision and check and how to repair,these problems are concerned by the operators.A dent is defined and classified based on the dent depth,shape and the circumferential position,if the dent affects its welding,or the dent contains corrosion or other types of defects.The main factors of the dent influencing the pipeline integrity are analyzed in detail(dent strain level and its fatigue).The current international dent assessment methods are reviewed,and from aspects of the field excavation measurement and maintenance management of the dent,the dent management is summarized,it provides guidance to the pipeline operators for the daily management of dents.
