用鼠抗人的tMDC -Ⅲ抗血清在激光共聚焦显微镜下对其在人、小鼠、兔子、猪、牛精子上进行了精确定位 ,除人精子外 ,均在顶体中存在 ,表明其在受精中可能起一定作用

摘 要：
Fertilization is a process which is midiat by complementary molecules present on the surface of the respective gametes.The MDC family of proteins play an important role in fertilization.Very recently tMDC-Ⅲ was found,but there was little studies about its express and function.In this article, the localization of tMDC-III on human,mouse,rabbit,pig,bull sperm was observed under confocomicroscopy.The results showed that it expresses on acrosome of all kinds of sperms except human.This implicates it may play a role in fertilization.
