摘  要：
This paper introduces the moving agent technology,designs puts forward the supporting system for agricultural macro-capacity policy making that based on moving agent.It raises a new method means for scientific policy making from macro-point view in agriculture,also provides technical support and the- oretical reliance for leaders at all levels in conducting scientific policy making on agriculture,to apply mov- ing agent technology in policy making system for agriculture.
