从“皇甫吏部”与“元仆射”考辨《齐民要术》的成书时间与背景

摘 要：
《齐民要术》造酒篇中所提"皇甫吏部"和"元仆射"可以从史证角度考为为官时间相近的皇甫玚与元晖,而二人比邻的为官时间,就是《齐民要术》中《白醪酒》篇和《造神曲并酒》篇的写作时间,也是《齐民要术》的初始写作时间。《齐民要术》各篇次安排顺序与写作时间顺序并不一致,这反映出《齐民要术》的写作过程是一个长期素材积累的过程,并在最后定稿时进行了篇章次序的统筹,也反映了作者在著述过程中存在思想的跨跃与变迁。

摘 要：
Based on study of "Huangfu Li Bu" and "Yuan Pu Ye" in "Qi Mi-n Yao Shu",this paper discusses the creation time of the "White no clear wine article" and "Shen Qu wine article". The "Qi Min Yao Shu" writing process is a long process of accumulation. In the finalization, the author re-arranged the order of the article, reflecting the thinking leap and change of the author in the writing process.
