免疫血清学方法鉴别落叶松种子的研究

摘  要:
本文对兴安落叶松、长白落叶松、华北落叶松、和新疆落叶松种子的球蛋白和谷蛋白分别进行了免疫血清学的研究。通过双扩和免疫电泳分析表明 ,无论球蛋白 ,还是谷蛋白在 4种落叶松间抗原距离都为零 ,这 4种落叶松种子不能用球蛋白或谷蛋白的免疫血清学方法得以鉴别。

摘  要:
The globulin and the glutelin of seeds of Larix gmelini(Rupr.)Rupr.,L.principis-rupprechtii Mayr.,L.olgensis Henry.and L.sibirica ledeb.had been studied respectively by the immunoserology.The results of analyses by double diffusion and immunoelectrophoresis showed that the antigenic distance in globulin in the seeds of the above mentioned four species of larch are zero.With regard to glutelin in the seeds,the case is the same.Therefore the conclusion is that the larch seeds can not be identified by the immunoserology.
