论居民收入流动性与和谐社会的构建

摘要：

从收入流动性角度引入时间序列,对居民个人收入流动性进行实证分析。通过考察陕西地区不同阶层之间的居民收入流动性变化状态,研究和探讨收入流动性对和谐社会影响的现实意义,初步判断陕西收入分配差距的程度和收入分配的形态,对建立和不断完善收入流动机制,为陕西各地方政府在税收和转移制度的效应以及减少收入的不平等方面做出正确的决策和选择提供理论依据。

摘要：

From the income mobility perspective,time series are introduced and empirical analysis of residents' personal income mobility is done.Through visiting Shaanxi area different class of resident's income liquidity changes state,income liquidity on harmonious social effects of relevance is discussed.Shaanxi income distribution gap of degree and income distribution of form are preliminary judged.This provides recommendations to establish and improve revenue flow mechanism.These practices provide theoretical basis for the Shaanxi local government tax and transfer system,as well as the effects of reducing income inequality to make the right decision and choose.
