2015—2018年我国新登记农药产品情况分析

摘 要：
随着2017年新修订的《农药管理条例》的实施,新登记农药产品朝着安全高效、绿色环保的方向发展,农药产品品种更加多样化,生物农药、自主创新农药逐渐增加,特色小宗作物用药难得到缓解。但农药产品同质化现象较为突出,企业自主研发力量薄弱,过保护期农药登记热度依旧不减的问题仍较突出,急需解决。分析比较了2015—2018年我国农药产品登记情况,为了解新形式下我国农药登记现状提供参考。

摘 要：
With the implementation of the newly revised Regulations on the Management of Pesticides in 2017,the newly registered pesticide products are developed in the direction of more safety,more efficiency,and more environments friendly.Varieties of the registered pesticide products are more diversified.Biological pesticides and independent innovative pesticides are gradually increasing.The problem that little registered pesticides could be used to control the disease and pests of certain crops has been alleviated.However,the homogenization phenomenon of pesticide products is relatively prominent,and the research and development power of enterprises is weak.Many enterprises still regard the production and sales of pesticide products that have passed the registration protection period as the main channel for development.All these problems need to be solved urgently.The registered pesticide products in China from 2015 to 2018 were analyzed and compared,which will provide a reference basis for understanding the present situation of pesticide registration under the new form in China.
