摘 要：
建立了氯氟吡氧乙酸1-甲基庚酯的高效液相色谱分析方法,使用C18液相色谱柱,以乙腈∶水(80∶20)为流动相,在UV210nm下对其进行了定性定量分析。方法的标准偏差为0.193,变异系数为0.202%,回收率在99.59%￣100.12%之间,线性相关系数为0.9997。

摘 要：
A HPLC method of fluroxypyr-meptyl for qualitative and quantitative determination was established usingC18 column, acetonitrile/water (80/20) as the moboile phase, and UV detector at 210nm. The results showed that thestandard derivation was 0.193, RSD was 0.202%, recovery was 99.59 to 100.12%, and liner correlation coefficient was0.9997.
