施硒对宁夏枸杞硒含量及品质的影响

摘  要:
以‘宁杞1号’枸杞为试材,采用在枸杞叶面喷施亚硒酸钠方法,研究了施硒对枸杞品质的影响。结果表明:在施硒浓度为0~500mg·kg-1时,枸杞含硒量均有显著提高,喷施浓度及次数是影响枸杞硒含量的关键因素;枸杞总糖、多糖、甜菜碱、蛋白质在硒不同施用量作用下,含量都呈现曲线变化,在适宜浓度范围内,枸杞各品质元素含量随着喷施浓度的增加而逐渐增加,超过耐受限量时呈下降趋势。

摘  要:
Lycium barbarum variety‘Ningqi No.1'was used as the material.The effect of selenium application on the selenium content of Lycium barbarumand its qualities were studied via spraying sodium selenite.The results showed that the selenium content of Lycium barbarum significantly increased in the 0-500mg·kg-1.Spray concentration and frequency were the key factors of production of selenium-rich Lycium barbarumby application of sodium selenite.Content of total sugars,polysaccharides,betaine,protein presented curve under different selenium concentrations,quality of Lycium barbarum increased gradually with increasing concentration of spraying in the suitable range for the concentration,it decreased over tolerance limited.
