我国农民培训现状·问题·对策——基于全国10个省市的调研

摘  要：
本文从2006年关于农民培训问题的调研数据入手,陈述了我国目前农民培训在主体、内容、方式等方面的现状,认为我国在培训机构、培训人员、培训资金、培训的监督制度上均存在不足。因此我们应努力提高培训机构的专业化程度,提高培训人员自身的专业素质,开发能让更多农民普遍接受的培训方式等,以此来达到推进农民培训工作的目的。

摘  要：
This paper has stated the status of the training of farmers in the institution,content,and way of carrying out from the research data of the farmer training in 2006.There are many disadvantages in the institution,fund and monitoring system.Therefore,we must improve the professional level of the institutions and the teachers and find more training ways which the farmers can accept easily to improve the level of the training.
