水肥耦合处理对竹叶花椒生长和土壤酶活性的影响

摘 要:
【目的】探究水肥耦合处理对竹叶花椒幼苗生长和土壤酶活性的影响,制定适宜的水肥管理措施促进竹叶花椒生长.【方法】设计土壤含水量(田间持水量(FWC)分别为20%,40%,60%和80%)、氮肥(0,75,150和300 kg/hm~2)、磷肥(0,30,60,120 kg/hm~2)和钾肥(0,75,150,300 kg/hm~2)4因素4水平16个处理的正交试验,通过盆栽控制试验,研究水肥耦合处理对竹叶花椒幼苗生长、土壤水解酶(蔗糖酶、脲酶和磷酸酶)和氧化还原酶(过氧化氢酶、多酚氧化酶、过氧化物酶)活性的影响.【结果】竹叶花椒幼苗地径、苗高和生物量,随土壤含水量的增加呈先增加后降低的变化趋势,随施肥量的增加而增加;土壤水解酶和氧化还原酶活性均土壤含水量的增加呈先增加后降低的变化趋势,随氮肥施用量的增加而增加,随磷肥或钾肥施用量的增加呈先增加后降低的变化趋势.竹叶花椒幼苗生长与土壤酶活性呈显著相关,生长隶属度与土壤酶活性隶属度呈显著相关(P<0.05).【结论】土壤含水量为62.0%FWC及氮、磷和钾施肥量分别为253.9 kg/hm~2,55.0 kg/hm~2和81.1 kg/hm~2,对提高竹叶花椒土壤肥力和苗木生长具有重要作用.

摘 要:
【Objective】 To study the seedling growth and soil enzyme activities of Zanthoxylum armatum under different coupling water and fertilizer treatments,to gain optimal water and fertilizer management measures for Z.armatum growth.【Method】 A pot experiment with a four factors and four levels orthogonal of sixteen treatments design was conducted,including 20%,40%,60% and 80% field water capacity(FWC)) irrigation,with four fertilization levels of nitrogen(0,75,150 and 300 kg N/hm~2),phosphate(0,30,60 and 120 kg P_2O_5/hm~2) and potassium(0,75,150 and 300 kg K_2O/hm~2).【Result】 Seedling ground diameter,height and biomass were increased initially and then decreased with the increasing of the soil water content before and after their peak,respectively,but increased with the raising of the fertilizer(N,P_2O_5 and K_2O) application level.Soil invertase,urease,phosphatase,catalase,polyphenol oxidase and peroxidasesoil activities were increased initially and then decreased with the increasing of the soil water content and the fertilizer(P_2O_5 and K_2O) level,but increased with the raising of the fertilizer N level.The ground diameter,height and biomass of seedling significantly correlated with soil enzyme activities,subordination degree of growth significantly correlated with subordination degree of soil enzyme activity(P<0.05).【Conclusion】 The optimal combination of water and fertilizer for seedling growth of Z.armatum are 62.0% field water capacity,253.9 kg N/hm~2 of urea,55.0 kg P_2O_5/hm~2 of calcium superphosphate and 81.1 kg K_2O/hm~2 of potassium sulfate.
