离子色谱法测定喹啉铜原药中硫酸钠含量

摘  要:
建立了一种离子色谱法测定喹啉铜原药中硫酸钠含量的方法。采用Schodex IC SI-50型分离柱,用3.2 mmol/L碳酸钠和1.0。mmol/L碳酸氢钠混合溶液作流动相,流速为0.8mL/min。外标法进行定量分析,在2.0~10.0 mg/L范围内线性相关系数为r~2=0.9999,测得回收率在96.3%~101.6%之间,样品测定的标准偏差为6.76×10~(-3),变异系数为1.01%。

摘  要:
Ion chromatography was applied to the determination of sodium sulfate in oxine-copper.The Schodex IC SI-50 column was used for separation,and the mixture of 3.2 mmol/L Na_2CO_3 and 1.0mmol/L NaHCO_3 was used as mobile phase with flow rate of 0.8 mL/min.Quantitative analysis was carried out using external standard method.The linearity correlation coefficient was 0.9999 in the range of 2.0~10.0 mg/L,the average recovery was in the range from 96.3%to 101.6%,the standard deviation was 6.76×10~(-3),the variation coefficient was 1.01%.
