高原地区少孢节丛孢菌超微结构观察

摘  要:
采用玉米粉琼脂培养法,从高原地区(海拔2 000~3 000 m)土壤分离得到一株捕食线虫性真菌,根据其菌丝形态、分生孢子和捕食器官形态等结构特征,鉴定其为少孢节丛孢菌(Arthrobotrys oligospora)。为了进一步了解少孢节丛孢菌形态学特征,对少孢节丛孢菌进行了超微结构观察,结果发现该菌有隔膜,主干菌丝上隔的分布较密集,分布距离不等,分生孢子梗不分支。菌环是由瘤状突起延伸形成弧形而形成,多个菌环接连形成菌网,线虫幼虫是被捕食器菌环或菌网捕获致死。

摘  要:
In this study,we isolated one strain of nematode-trapping fungus from Qinghai-Tibet plateau( altitude 2000-3000 m) by cornmeal agar cultural method. We confirmed that this nematode-trapping fungus is Arthrobotrys oligospora based on traditional identification. In order to make the further understanding of morphological characteristics of A. oligospora,we conducted the ultrasturctural observation on this fungus. The result showed that this fungus has diaphragm,and the hypha interval distribution on the trunk is denser than the ordinary hypha.It has different sizes of distances between each unbanked conidiophores,and conidium stems do not have any branches. The rings are formed by arcs that are extended by the tumor-wise projection,and all the rings connect to form the nets. Those rings or nets capture the nematode larvaes and make them die.
