不同产地山胡椒油的抑菌活性比较研究

摘  要:
为比较不同产地山胡椒油的抑菌活性,本研究选取了来自江西、湖南以及广东的山胡椒油样品各两个,对金黄色葡萄球菌进行了抑菌试验。采用滤纸片法、常量肉汤稀释法和GC-MS分析法分别从抑菌圈、最低抑菌浓度(Minimum Inhibitory Concentration,CMIC)和化学成分分析3个方面进行了比较研究。结果表明:(1)江西1#和2#山胡椒油对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈与对照组相近,其余样品抑菌圈直径从小到大依次为湖南2#山胡椒油(10.0±0.3 mm)、湖南1#山胡椒油(10.3±0.1 mm)、广东1#山胡椒油(10.3±0.2 mm)、广东2#山胡椒油(12.6±0.4 mm);(2)江西1#和2#山胡椒油、湖南2#山胡椒油的MIC均为32μL/mL,湖南1#山胡椒油、广东1#和2#山胡椒油的MIC均为16μL/mL;(3)GC-MS结果显示3个产地的山胡椒油均含有柠檬醛,含量从高到低依次是广东(96.21%)、湖南(48.10%)、江西(19.77%)。总之,抑菌圈和MIC的结论基本一致,即广东山胡椒油的抑菌活性最好,湖南的次之,江西的最差。通过GC-MS的结果对上述抑菌机理进行了解释,可能是由于柠檬醛和柠檬烯含量与其抑菌活性成正比。

摘  要:
To compare the antibacterial activities of Litsea glauca oils from different origins,six samples(labeled as 1#and 2#)from Jiangxi,Hunan,and Guangdong provinces were conducted antibacterial experiments against Staphylococ-cus aureus.Comparative studies of inhibition zone,minimum inhibitory concentration(CMIC),and chemical composition analysis were conducted using filter paper method,constant broth dilution method,and Gas chromatography-mass spec-trometry(GC-MS)analysis method.The results showed that:(1)L.glauca oils fromJiangxi 1#and 2#had the same antibacterial zones as the control group against S.aureus.The diameters of antibacterial zones in the other samples,ranked as follows:Hunan 2#L.glauca oil(10.0±0.3 mm),Hunan1#L.glauca oil(10.3±0.1 mm),Guangdong 1#L.glauca oil(10.3±0.2 mm),and Guangdong 2#L.glauca oil(12.6±0.4 mm);(2)The CMIC of Jiangxi 1#and 2#L.glauca oils,and Hunan 2#L.glauca oil were all 32 μL/mL,while that of Hunan 1#L.glauca oil,Guang-dong 1#and 2#L.glauca oils were all 16 μL/mL;(3)The GC-MS analysis results showed that all L.glauca oils from three regions contain citral,with Guangdong(96.21%),Hunan(48.10%),and Jiangxi(19.77%)in descending order of content.In summary,the conclusions of the antibacterial zone and MIC are basically consistent,that is,Guangdong L.glauca oils have the best antibacterial activities,followed by Hunan,while Jiangxi L.glauca oils have the worst antibacterial activities.The above antibacterial mechanism can be explained by the results of GC-MS,which may be due to the proportional relationship between the contents of citral/limonene and their antibacterial activities.
