摘要：

为了更好地揭示雷电活动的时空分布规律,利用湖南省97个地面气象观测台站的雷暴观测数据和闪电定位观测系统积累的2007—2008年地闪资料进行统计分析。结果表明,湖南省是雷暴多发区,雷暴分布为南多北少,西多东少。全省闪电以负地闪为主,占总地闪的94.59%,闪电主要集中在3~9月,6~8月总地闪占全年的63.13%,大于雷暴日数的47.8%。西部怀化地区是全省雷电的高发地带,而湘潭一带则是全省雷电的低值中心。从总体雷电日变化看,13:00~21:00是雷电高发时段。

摘要：

In order to reveal the time and space domain distribution regularity,the thunderstorm data from 97 ground-based meteorological observation station and accumulated material of lightning locating system of Hunan Province from 2007 to2008 are analyzed. The study show that Hunan Province is a place with a lot of thunderstorm,and there are more thunders and storms in the south and west compared with the north and east. Negative lightning takes up 94.59% of the total lightning. The Lightning mainly concentrates on the months from March to September,and 63.13% of the ground flash focus on from June to August,which is larger than the 47.8% of thunderstorm day. The Western Huaihua is the peak area for lightning in Hunan Province,and Xiangtan is the valley of lightning density lightning. From the day changing of lightning,It can be concluded that the spell from 13:00 to 21:00 is the highlight of lightning activity.
